The Town of Ossian is located in the northern part of Wells County. Centrally located between major trade areas of the midwest: the town is only 9 miles south of Fort Wayne, Indiana; 110 miles from Indianapolis; 180 miles from Chicago; 180 miles from Detroit; 120 miles from Toledo; and 220 miles from Cleveland.

The Ossian Industrial Park is located adjacent to State Highway 1, approximately four miles south of I-469 and 9 miles south of Fort Wayne International Airport. The Park is served by the Town of Ossian water and sewer departments. Electric service is proved by AEP and REMC. NIPSCO provides natural gas for the area. Rail service is provided by Norfolk and Southern Railroad. All State of Indiana incentives are applicable. Tax abatement on real estate and personal property are also available.
There are two large parcels of land available that may be subdivided. The Yager property is 60 acres located on the south side of Industrial Park Way (Country Road 850), west of highway 1 and east of Norfolk and Southern Railroad. The Parrish property is approximately 100 acres located on the north side of Industrial Park Way, west of Norfolk and Southern Railroad.
